Three major operating specifications for the use of stainless steel reactors

The operation of the stainless steel reactor must be standardized and standardized, so that it can be more convenient to use. The following are the relevant operating specifications of the stainless steel reactor:

1. Before starting the stainless steel reactor

A. Check whether the inside of the kettle, agitator, rotating parts, auxiliary equipment, indicating instruments, safety valves, pipelines and valves meet safety requirements. 

B. Check whether the water, electricity and gas meet the safety requirements. 

2. The stainless steel reactor is in operation

A. The agitator of the reactor should be turned on before adding materials. When there is no noise and normal, the materials should be added to the reactor. The number of materials added should not exceed the process requirements. 

B. Before opening the steam valve, first open the return valve and then the intake valve. The steam valve should be opened slowly to preheat the jacket and gradually increase the pressure. The pressure in the jacket should not exceed the specified value. 

C. The steam valve and cooling valve cannot be activated at the same time, and no hammering or collision is allowed when the steam pipeline is over gas. 

D. When opening the cooling water valve, first open the return valve and then the inlet valve. The pressure of the cooling water shall not be lower than 0.1 MPa, nor higher than 0.2 MPa. To

E. For the water ring vacuum pump, the pump must be turned on first and then the water must be supplied. When the pump is stopped, the pump must be stopped first and then the water must be removed. 

F. Check the operation of the reactor at any time, and stop for maintenance if any abnormality is found. 

D. When cleaning the titanium epoxy (enamel) reactor, it is not allowed to brush the reactor with alkaline water, and be careful not to damage the enamel. 

3. After the stainless steel reactor is shut down   

A. Stop stirring, cut off the power supply, and close various valves. 

B. When shoveling the pan, the power of the mixer must be cut off, a warning sign should be hung, and a person must be supervised. 

C. The stainless steel reactor must undergo regular technical inspections in accordance with the requirements of pressure vessels. If the inspection fails, it must not be driven.
