The two-open snap ring is used to fasten the main seal, which freely fits the shoulders of the kettle body and the kettle cover, and tightens the eight main tightening bolts evenly to make the kettle achieve a compact seal. When unloading, loosen the eight main bolts and open the snap ring to lift the kettle cover, which is labor-saving and convenient. It is the most ideal structure in modern China.

The kettle cover and the guide column are connected by a lifting arm. Shake the lifting hand wheel and move through the lifting screw to make the kettle cover move up, down, left and right on the guide column. The movement of the lifting arm is freely moved by the anti-friction action of the ball. .

   The rotation of the lid of the kettle and the tilting and repositioning of the kettle body. First, lift the kettle cover to a certain height through the lifting hand wheel and the lifting screw, then loosen the fastening knob on the boom, and press the positioning movable button by hand to turn the kettle cover left and right. Then loosen the tightening knob on the rotating seat, press and hold the rotating button to turn the dumping handwheel to ensure a certain angle of material dumping on the kettle body, and then loosen the rotating button to pour the material. When the kettle body needs to be reset, shake the dumping hand wheel, press and hold the rotating button, and then quickly reset. In order to prevent the kettle body from swinging left and right, you must manually control the speed of the dumping hand wheel to reset.

3. Rotary stirring adopts a cylindrical magnetic coupling structure, and the torque is determined by magnetic materials. Generally, strong magnetic rare earths are used, which has a large coupling force. It is powered by a motor and the stirrer produces sufficient stirring through a coupling. The force and slurry can be replaced by the operator, and the components such as slurry, anchor, frame, auger and worm wheel are suitable for the viscosity of various materials.

  4. The valve is equipped with gas-phase valve, liquid-phase valve (also called bottom pipe valve), safety blasting valve, feed valve, and discharge valve, which can be increased or decreased according to user requirements. The structure of the valve is a reciprocating structure, and its characteristic is 1.5 times longer than the sealing life of the rotary valve. The blasting valve is equipped with dual safety devices and single safety devices. The blasting diaphragm is adjusted by the manufacturer and shipped out of the factory. It is not allowed to be adjusted or loosened arbitrarily. The pressure gauge is indicated directly above.
