Jacket heat exchanger

A jacket is installed on the outer wall of the container, and a space formed between the jacket and the container serves as a passage for the heating medium or the cooling medium. However, the heating surface is limited by the wall surface of the container, and the heat transfer coefficient is not high. In order to increase the heat transfer coefficient and to make the liquid in the container uniform, a stirrer can be installed in the container. When the cooling water or the phase change-free heating agent is introduced into the jacket, a spiral partition or other measures for increasing the turbulence may be provided in the jacket to increase the heat supply coefficient on one side of the jacket. The spiral plate heat exchanger is made of two parallel metal plates and forms two concentric spiral passages inside. A baffle is arranged in the center of the heat exchanger to separate the spiral passages, and a distance column is welded between the two plates to maintain the channel spacing. A cover plate is welded to both sides of the spiral plate. The hot and cold fluids flow through the two channels in a countercurrent flow through the tubes and exchange heat through the thin plates.
