a. When the working pressure of the equipment and the temperature of the medium exceed the specified value, the measures can still not be effectively controlled.
b. The main pressure components of the equipment have cracks, bulges, deformation, leakage and other safety-threatening phenomena.
c. Safety accessories have failed.
d. If the connection and fasteners are damaged, it is not easy to ensure safe operation.
e. Severe vibration of the tube-and-tube heat exchanger and pipelines occurs, endangering safe operation.
f. Other abnormal conditions. Keep the equipment and surrounding environment clean .
