Application range
The rake vacuum dryer is especially suitable for dry heat-sensitive materials, materials that are easily oxidized at high temperature, or materials that are easy to condense when dry, and materials that must be recovered from the steam discharged during dryness. The material is powdered after the end of the dryness, so it is more suitable for the material with a powdery shape. After the end of the dryness, it can be directly packed without destruction. The feed moisture content of the rake vacuum dryer can reach 90%. The dried material can be slurry, paste, granule, powder or fiber. After drying, the moisture of the material can reach 1% or even 0.5%. This vacuum dryer is widely used in the production process of solid sodium (potassium).

Working principle
The rake vacuum dryer is a device that uses the characteristics of the boiling point of the water content in the vacuum to reduce the drying point. The equipment is directly heated with a steam jacket, and the water is heated and transpired and is removed in time. Inside the casing of the dryer, the rake teeth move through the drive shaft, the rake teeth end and the axis are planned to have a certain angle, and the main shaft moves forward and reverse to move the material in the axial direction to facilitate dryness and discharge.
