1. Re-select the type of the trap and install a trap valve in the trap line. The trap valve is adjusted and controlled by an electronic control system according to the change in the water level of the heat exchanger. The water level signal of the heat exchanger passes through the differential pressure transmitter, the proportional integral unit, the operating unit, and finally the electric actuator controls the regulating valve, and the water delivery volume is controlled by adjusting the valve opening. In this way, the drain in the heat exchanger can be discharged in time to ensure the heat exchange effect.
2. Daily attention to control the quality of circulating water, strengthen water quality supervision, and minimize the occurrence of heat exchanger scaling;
3. For the steam metering device of the system, find a way to solve it as soon as possible;
4. Regularly conduct disassembly inspection or backwashing of the heat exchanger to remove impurities in the heat exchanger and improve the efficiency of the heat exchanger.
In addition, when the system is filled with water at the initial stage of operation of the heat exchanger, the air in the heat exchanger must be drained so as not to affect the heat exchange quality.
