Second, note: Due to the poor thermal conductivity of PTFE materials, special attention should be paid to the following points when using:
1. The temperature of the external heating furnace shall not exceed 200 °C during operation. If the temperature of the heating furnace is too high, the PTFE liner in the kettle may be deformed.
2, the heating rate should be slow, the temperature of the kettle can be gradually controlled by the temperature of the furnace outside the furnace controlled by the finished PID temperature control system. Because the stainless steel body and the temperature protection tube are lined with PTFE, special attention should be paid to the temperature difference between the heating temperature of the furnace outside the furnace and the temperature of the kettle measured by the temperature protection tube.
