What are the precautions for the installation process of condensing equipment
1. Be careful when choosing the installation location
Avoid high temperature, humid or dusty environments, avoid direct sunlight or strong airflow interference, ensure that there is enough space around the equipment for operation and maintenance, and stay away from vibration sources to prevent parts from loosening due to long-term operation.
2. The foundation should be stable
Before installation, check the flatness of the foundation plane to ensure that the load-bearing capacity meets the equipment requirements and avoid deformation of the equipment structure due to foundation settlement, which may affect the sealing of internal pipe connections.
3. Pipeline connections must be standardized
The pipeline route should be as simple and smooth as possible, with fewer bends and turns to reduce resistance, and the interfaces must be tightly sealed to prevent medium leakage. When connecting pipelines of different materials, appropriate transition measures must be taken to avoid corrosion or loosening due to material differences.
4. Equipment fixation should be reliable
Use appropriate fixing methods according to the type of equipment to ensure that there is no displacement due to vibration during operation. The fixing parts must be in close contact with the equipment to avoid additional noise or component wear due to gaps.
5. Post-installation inspection cannot be ignored
It is necessary to check whether all components are installed in place, whether the pipeline valve switches are flexible, and whether the electrical circuit connections are correct and well insulated; at the same time, conduct a trial run, observe the operating status of the equipment, and confirm that there is no abnormal vibration, leakage or abnormal noise before putting it into use.
