(2) After unpacking, check the equipment for damage, install the equipment according to the equipment model according to the structure diagram at the back. If the heating method is heat conduction oil electric heating, please purchase the corresponding type of heat conduction oil according to the operating temperature (Note: heat conduction oil It is absolutely not allowed to contain water) when adding, open the oil filling port on the upper part of the jacket and open the oil level port on the middle and upper part of the jacket when adding, add oil through the oil filling port and wait for the oil level port to flow, then set the oil level Tighten the mouth, do not tighten the fuel filler to avoid pressure, check the spare parts according to the packing list.
(3) The installation and sealing of the kettle body and the kettle cover: the kettle body and the kettle cover adopt the line contact between the gasket or the conical surface and the arc surface. By tightening the main nut, they are pressed against each other to achieve a good sealing effect. Tighten the nut When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened gradually and symmetrically several times, and the force is even, and the kettle cover is not allowed to tilt to one side to achieve a good sealing effect. When tightening the main nut, the specified tightening torque must not exceed the range of 40~120N.M to prevent If the sealing surface is squeezed or overloaded and worn out, the sealing surface should be taken special care. Before each installation, wipe the upper and lower sealing surfaces with a softer paper or cloth. Pay special attention not to scratch the sealing surface of the kettle body and the kettle cover. If it can be used for more than tens of thousands of times with reasonable operation, after the sealing surface is damaged, it needs to be reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance. When removing the kettle cover, the kettle cover should be slowly lifted up and down to prevent the sealing between the kettle body and the kettle cover. The faces collide with each other. If the gasket is sealed (tetrafluoroethylene, aluminum gasket, copper gasket, asbestos gasket, etc.), a good sealing effect can be achieved by tightening the main nut.
(4) The installation of valves, pressure gauges, and safety valves can achieve the sealing effect by tightening the positive and negative nuts. The arc sealing surfaces at the two ends of the connection must not rotate relative to each other. All screw connections must be coated with lubricant during assembly. Or graphite blended with oil to avoid being bitten. Use of valve: Needle-shaped valve to tie the line to seal, only need to rotate the valve needle gently, and the cover can be pressed tightly to achieve good sealing performance. Excessive force is prohibited to avoid damage to the sealing surface.
(5) After the equipment is installed, let in a certain amount of nitrogen and keep the pressure for 30 minutes to check for leaks. If any leaks are found, please use soap foam to find leaks in the pipelines and nozzles. After finding out, release the gas and tighten. Pass the nitrogen pressure test again to ensure that there is no leakage and start normal operation.
(6) When heating, the heating rate should not exceed 100℃/h, and the heating power should be slowly increased from the low voltage. When cooling down, water can be used for internal cooling through the cooling coil, and rapid cooling is prohibited to prevent excessive temperature difference stress from causing cracks in the cooling coil and the kettle body. When the temperature in the kettle exceeds 100°C during operation, cooling water should be passed through the water jacket between the magnetic stirrer and the kettle cover to ensure that the water temperature is less than 35°C to avoid demagnetization of the magnetic steel.
(7) Safety device: It adopts positive arch metal rupture disc, made of stainless steel, manufactured in accordance with the national standard GB567-89 "Technical Conditions for Arch Metal Blasting". It has been tested before leaving the factory and cannot be adjusted at will. If it has been blasted, it needs to be replaced. The replacement period is determined by the user based on the actual situation of the company. For those that exceed the rupture disc's calibrated burst pressure but have not blasted, it should be replaced. Frequent use is best not to exceed 80% of the lower limit pressure of the rupture disc. Pay attention to the convex surface of the bursting disc when replacing it.
(8) After the reaction is completed, cool down first, and then release the gas in the kettle to the outside through the pipeline to reduce the pressure in the kettle to normal pressure. It is strictly forbidden to disassemble under pressure, and then loosen the main bolts and nuts symmetrically. Open and remove, and then carefully remove the kettle cover (or raise the kettle cover) and place it on the bracket. Pay special attention to protecting the sealing surface during the process of removing the cover.
(9) Cleaning inside the kettle: after each operation, use cleaning fluid (the cleaning fluid should be used to avoid corrosion to the main material) to remove the residues on the kettle body and the sealing surface. It should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. Hard substances or items with rough surfaces are cleaned.
