1 Often check the oil level and azimuth. If it does not meet the regulations, you must adjust it to meet the needs. When the vacuum pump is in operation, the oil level is in the middle of the oil mark.
2 Often check the quality of the oil, and find that the oil is transformed, you should replace the new oil in time to ensure that the vacuum pump works normally.
3 The oil change period is considered according to the actual use conditions and whether it can satisfy the functional requirements, etc., and is determined by the user at his discretion. Generally, when a new vacuum pump is used to remove clean and dry gas, it is recommended to change the oil once every 100 hours of operation. After the ferrous metal powder is not seen in the oil, the oil change period can be extended in the future.
4 Under normal conditions, the vacuum pump should be repaired after 2000 hours of operation, check the aging degree of the rubber seal, check whether the exhaust valve is cracked, and clean up the dirt deposited on the valve and exhaust valve seat. Clean the parts in the entire vacuum pump cavity, such as rotor, rotary vane, tension spring, etc. It is usually cleaned with gasoline and dried. After cleaning the rubber parts, dry them with a dry cloth. When cleaning and installing, you should take care of the injury.
5 Conditionally arrange the same in the pipeline to ensure the pipeline is cleared.
6 After re-installation, a trial operation should be carried out. Normally, it is necessary to work for 2 hours with no oil and change the oil twice. A certain amount of volatile substances will be left in the vacuum pump during cleaning.
7Check if there is any looseness in the vacuum pump piping and contact. Change the vacuum pump by hand to see if the vacuum pump is sensitive.
Take the bearing smooth engine oil in the 8-way bearing body. The oil level of investigation should be at the middle line of the oil mark. The smooth oil should be replaced or compensated in time.
9 Unscrew the water diversion plug of the pump body of the vacuum pump and pour water (or slurry)
10 Close the gate valve and inlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum gauge of the outlet pipe.
11Move the motor to see if the motor turns correctly.
12 Start the motor. When the vacuum pump is in normal operation, turn on the inlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump. After the proper pressure is displayed, turn on the gate valve gradually to check the load status of the motor.
