The large LNG cryogenic storage tank body has two inner and outer tank structures. The outer tank wall is a prestressed concrete structure, and the concrete strength should be ≥25MPa. The outer tank top and the tank wall must be able to withstand the internal pressure generated by accidental gas leakage, so the reinforced concrete should have sufficient tensile strength. For large-scale storage tanks, in order to balance the stress on the prestressed concrete tank wall, a design method with equal strength or equal thickness can be used. There is a metal vault on the outer tank wall, and a concrete layer is cast on the upper part of the vault. There is a layer of moisture-proof plate on the inner side of the tank wall (carbon steel material, which is attached to the inner side of the outer tank wall through the embedded part and sealed and welded). The bottom of the inner tank is composed of three layers of steel plate and cold insulation layer. The lower layer is made of carbon steel moisture-proof board, and the middle and upper floors are made of 9% Ni steel. The foam glass brick is kept cold layer between each two floors. The tank wall of large LNG cryogenic storage tank is the main component of low temperature storage tank. It is mainly welded by steel plate with low temperature resistance and good mechanical properties. Generally, special steel such as A5372 grade, A516Gr.60, Gr18Ni9, ASME 304 is selected. The top has an aluminum alloy ceiling, and the aluminum alloy ceiling is connected to the outer can dome by a boom. The top of the aluminum alloy has a cold insulation layer, and the inner and outer layers of the tank are filled with perlite cold-preserving material. There is no nozzle on the tank wall, and all the pipelines are connected by the tank top opening and the tank.https://www.syhgzben.com/
