Wastewater treatment process of three-effect evaporator for sewage

The three-effect evaporator for sewage is composed of three evaporators connected in series with each other. The low-temperature heating steam is introduced into the first effect, and the waste liquid is heated, and the generated steam is introduced into the second effect as heating steam, and the cable fault tester makes the second. The spent waste liquid evaporates at a lower temperature than the first effect. This process has been repeated until the last effect.

The first effect condensate of the three-effect evaporator for sewage is returned to the heat source, and the other condensed waters are collected and output as desalinated water, and one part of the vapor is fed, and a plurality of times of water can be evaporated. At the same time, the wastewater is sequentially concentrated from the first effect to the last effect, and is supersaturated at the end effect to crystallize, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation of the salt and the wastewater.

In the process of wastewater treatment, the wastewater enters into a three-effect concentrated crystal assembly, and is subjected to a concentrated crystallization process of three-effect evaporation condensation, and is separated into a desalinated water and a concentrated crystal slurry waste liquid; the inorganic salt and some organic substances can be crystallized and separated. The organic liquid concentrated waste liquid which cannot be crystallized may be a drum evaporator to form a solid waste residue and incinerated; the desalinated water may be returned to the production system to replace the softened water for use. The three-effect evaporator for sewage has the advantages of mature technology, wide range of treatable wastewater, small floor space, fast processing speed and energy saving.
