Three-effect multi-stage evaporator product features
(1) This kind of evaporator uses column-tube type circulating external heating, which has the characteristics of short material heating time, quick evaporation speed and large concentration ratio, which can effectively maintain the original effect of materials.
(2) The energy-saving effect is obvious, and it is about 70% less than the single-effect evaporator, and the evaporation amount.
(3) Since the material is evaporated in a closed system, it will not cause environmental pollution. Moreover, the evaporator has a unique defoaming device, which can avoid the problem of material running.
(4) The part of the evaporator that comes in contact with the material is made of stainless steel and polished so that it has good corrosion resistance and is easy to clean. It can meet food grade standards. In addition, the microcomputer control system can be configured to simplify the operation and improve the use of three-stage multi-stage evaporators.
