In the process of operation, the three-effect evaporator is mainly composed of three evaporators, salt separators, condensers, and auxiliary equipment mutually connected in series. The three groups of evaporators operate in series, and the whole set of evaporation in the triple effect evaporator The system mainly adopts continuous feed continuous production mode.

The three-effect evaporator first needs to enter a one-effect forced circulation crystallization evaporator. The equipment is effectively equipped with a circulation pump. When the operation is performed, the waste water is driven into the evaporation heat exchange chamber, and the external vapor liquefaction occurs in the evaporation heat exchange chamber. The latent heat of vaporization heats the waste water.

Because of the high pressure in the heat exchange chamber, the three-effect evaporator heats the waste water in the evaporation heat exchange chamber above the normal liquid boiling pressure to overheat. After the heated liquid enters the crystal evaporation chamber, the pressure of the waste water is The rapid decline will cause some of its wastewater to flash or boil quickly.

The vapor of the waste water evaporated from the three-effect evaporator enters a two-effect forced circulation evaporator as a power steam to heat the two-effect evaporator, and the unevaporated waste water and salt temporarily exist in the crystal evaporation chamber. One-effect, two-effect, and three-effect forced-circulation evaporators communicate with each other through a balance pipe. Under the effect of negative pressure, high-salt wastewater flows from one effect to two effects and three effects in turn. Wastewater is continuously evaporated. The concentration of salt is getting higher and higher, when the salt content in the waste water exceeds the saturation state, the salt in the water will continuously precipitate and enter the lower salt-collecting chamber of the evaporation crystallization chamber.
