Production process of formaldehyde production equipment

2. Natural gas oxidation method: At 600-680°C, the mixture of natural gas and air is directly oxidized to produce formaldehyde through an oxide catalyst such as iron, molybdenum, etc., and is absorbed by water to obtain a formaldehyde solution.

3. Dimethyl ether oxidation method: the use of synthesis gas high pressure synthesis of methanol by-produced dimethyl ether as raw materials, metal oxides as a catalyst for oxidation.
