Components such as water ring vacuum pump, according to different material characteristics, using different evaporation processes and equipment materials to achieve continuous feeding, continuous discharging, semi-automatic management, further optimization based on the original process, greatly reducing labor. The three-effect evaporator adopts a gas separation device, and the product yield is high; its evaporator and condensate storage device adopt an overlapping structure, the whole set of equipment is compact, and the floor space is small. The process aspect is a flat flow evaporation process, the cycle degree is large, the evaporation speed is high, the heating time is short, the coking is not easy, and the cleaning is convenient.

 

The three-effect evaporator utilizes vacuum evaporation operation, which not only has a large evaporation capacity, but also the material can be evaporated at a relatively low temperature to meet the concentration requirement of the heat sensitive material. Therefore, the equipment is widely used in the concentrating of liquid materials in pharmaceutical, glucose, starch, food, chemical, nickel sulfate and other industries and environmental engineering waste treatment.
