In general, during the installation process, it is necessary to install the chemical reaction equipment kettle on the bracket, and then use four levels of diagonal iron to level the equipment and keep the equipment perpendicular to the ground. Remember, if the reaction medium is flammable and explosive equipment should be installed at the same time anti-static grounding device to eliminate static electricity hazards.

 

At the same time, it should also be noted that the matching gaskets should be selected in combination with the reaction media, design pressure, and design temperature of the chemical reactor. This is because it is generally required that gaskets be installed between the kettle body and the lid of the kettle, the magnetic stirrer and the lid of the kettle, and the flanges of the tubes, and the bolts be tightened again. When tightening the bolts, the bolts shall be tightened evenly according to the principle of diagonal distribution, and the bolts shall be tightened 2 to 3 times in order to prevent the bolts from being deflected and damage the sealing gaskets to affect the sealing effect.

 

Before using the chemical reaction vessel, it is necessary to add the appropriate amount of cooling water to the outer water jacket of the magnetic stirrer. Generally, the lower end is the inlet and the upper end is the outlet. A separate cooling water system should be used. Cooling water is not allowed. The cooling water coil in the kettle is then re-entered into the cooling jacket of the magnetic stirrer. In addition, relevant supporting control cabinets and frequency conversion governors should be placed in dry, well-ventilated and separately set up electrical control workshops.

 

It should be noted that, after feeding, it is necessary to pay attention to reasonable control of the pressure of the chemical reaction equipment reactor. Generally, it is required that the pressure rise must be carried out slowly. In the same way, the decompression should also be gradually reduced when the chemical reactor is depressurized.
